Holistic Nursing Support for Long-Term Conditions
Living with a long-term illness can be challenging for whānau — frequent GP visits, complex health needs, and uncertainty about how to manage conditions at home.
Our Nurse-Led Kaupapa Māori CBS service provides free, in-home and community-based nursing care, tailored education, and culturally safe support. We walk alongside tamariki, rangatahi, pakeke, and kaumātua to improve health literacy, manage conditions, and keep whānau well at home for longer.
