The Chief Operations Officer (COO) will lead our strategic and operational delivery of services ensuring our services are high‑quality, safe, and grounded in Te Pou Mataaho, our model of practice. Working closely with the Chief Executive and Senior Leadership Team, the COO will turn strategy into sustainable, effective operations.

We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced Builder Trainer to join our Rukuhia te Mahi team in Whakatāne. This 32-hours-per-week role combines hands on building mahi with mentoring, supervision, and practical skills training. You'll work directly with tauira on real construction projects, helping them build industry ready capability and gain BCITO Level 1, Level 2 (foundation), and Level 3 (advanced) unit standards.

This fulltime, permanent role sits within our Rukuhia te Mahi team, where you’ll connect tauira and graduates to apprenticeships, jobs and career pathways. As the Worker Broker, you’ll lead our employer engagement, job matching, and endtoend placement support.

We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Administrator to join our Whānau Resilience team based in Whakatāne. This is a new part-time role of up to 35 hours per week where you will support Te Pou Mareikura o Whānau Resilience and the wider social services team.
