This is a full‑time permanent role (40 hours per week), with the position split 0.5 FTE working as part of our main maintenance team delivering building projects across our work sites and kāinga, and 0.5 FTE as a Trainer with our employment services team, Rukuhia Te Mahi.

We are seeking a skilled Kaihautū Administrator to join Rukuhia Te Mahi, our employment pathway service, and provide high‑quality administrative and coordination support that uplift whānau, hapū, and iwi. In this full-time permanent role, you will be the backbone of our service, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and a mana‑enhancing experience for tauira, whānau, and stakeholders.

We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Administrator to join our Whānau Resilience team based in Whakatāne. This is a new part-time role of up to 35 hours per week where you will support Te Pou Mareikura o Whānau Resilience and the wider social services team.
