Our kaimahi are our greatest strength, and we’re looking for someone who knows HR and knows how to look after people. You are someone who can help build capability, maintain compliance, and champion our kaupapa Māori values across the organisation.
In this full-time permanent role, you’ll work closely with our HR Coordinator across a broad scope of HR functions, from HR operations and recruitment, to supporting managers with people matters, contributing to learning and development, and helping strengthen our culture and overall staff experience through continuous improvement.
What you’ll bring:
- Atleast 2 years experience in an HR Administrator or Coordinator role
- Solid understanding of NZ employment legislation
- Confident in maintaining accurate HRIS and employee records
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise urgent matters
- Sound judgement and a discreet, trusted approach
- Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong work ethic and a high level of integrity
- Understanding and practice of tikanga Māori
- A qualification in Human Resources or a related field
